Returns and Refunds

We always check your goods for quality before despatch. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow a few simple steps so we can sort things out for you.

  1. Complete the Returns Form below within 48 hours of recept.

  2. Pack the item/s (preferably uning the original packaging) together with the printed receipt - that's really important, otherwise we won't know who sent it.

  3. Return the item/s to us within 10 days of receipt. We recommend using Royal Mail Track & Trace to guarantee delivery. 

  4. Once we receive your goods we will inspect them and replace/refund/exchange as requested.

Please note

  • The refund/replacement/exchange can only be made once we receive the goods back from you.

  • If the original receipt is not included or the Returns Form is not completed we may not be able to process your returns.

  • For items found to be faulty, full refund, replacement or exchange will be given. The replacement or exchange will be sent to you free of p&p. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before such refund, replacement or exchange can be given and to refuse it if the goods have been damaged by misuse.

  • Our goods are guaranteed against manufacturing faults but not misuse. Items that have been altered in any way, damaged by misuse or show signs of wear, cannot be accepted for return, credit or exchange.

  • Improperly packed and incomplete returns will be returned to the sender.

  • Refunds can be made only to the original purchaser.

  • Our guarantee is in addition to your Statutory Consumer Rights.
