Shed & Buried Special on 16th March

Updated: Mar 12

Up, up and away! Tune in to Quest (Freeview Channel 17) on Monday 16th March at 8pm for a brand new 2-hour Shed & Buried Special.

We find the first ever Bell 47 'Sioux' helicopter to be made in the UK by Westland Aircraft and restore it to flying condition, under expert guidance from the Historic Army Air Flight.

Flown by the Blue Eagles, (the helicopter aerobatic team of the British Army Air Corps), this was the last Sioux to see service, withdrawn in 1978.

Follow the ups and downs of our most ambitious project yet in this uplifting special episode of Shed & Buried.

Tune in to Quest (Freeview Channel: 17 | Sky Channel: 144 | Virgin Media Channel: 128 (HD) | Freesat Channel: 167) or stream on discovery+ at 8pm on Monday 16th March.

You can stream Shed & Buried on discovery+

The information is interesting and historically rich, but the ending feels incomplete and disrupts the flow. Completing the final part and adding more details about the restoration process would improve engagement. This is similar to Unblocked Games, where complete content leads to a better experience.

This was a very interesting programme and my lad and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We’re really pleased with the successful outcome, well done to all involved.

I have noticed that your love of the Bell 47 is such that you now own G-CHOP as well, excellent. 😁👍
